Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iAccept Agency is hiring independent recruiters to source and place candidates in direct-hire roles across multiple industries. Recruiters manage requisitions, build candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through the hiring process to successful placements.
Responsibilities
- Source, engage, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of direct-hire opportunities
- Manage multiple open requisitions across different industries and skill sets
- Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
- Keep candidates engaged and moving through the hiring process
- Collaborate with our team to help fill positions and make placements!
Skills
- Agency recruiting experience
- Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify hard-to-find talent
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- A competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and the drive to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN
- Someone who understands that recruiting takes consistency, persistence, and hustle!
- Experience using Loxo ATS
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries, particularly engineering, construction, manufacturing, operations, and sales
- An established candidate network
