[Remote] Commercial Attorney (AI Sales Experience)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paragon Legal is recruiting an experienced Commercial Attorney for an unnamed global enterprise software client. The attorney will support the client’s enterprise contracting function by negotiating customer agreements, advising business stakeholders and customers on contractual and technical issues, and managing negotiations during a legal team transition.

Responsibilities

• This attorney will be responsible for reviewing, redlining, and negotiating enterprise customer agreements, including services agreements, DPAs, BAAs, and AI-related agreements and addenda
• A key component of the role involves working directly with business stakeholders and enterprise customers to explain complex contractual terms, product capabilities, and technical limitations
• The attorney should be comfortable operating within a lean legal team, independently managing negotiations, and translating complex legal and technical concepts into clear, practical business guidance

Skills

• Experienced Commercial Attorney
• Strong sales-facing commercial experience in a startup or technology environment
• Experience negotiating AI-related contractual provisions
• Working directly with business stakeholders and enterprise customers to explain complex contractual terms, product capabilities, and technical limitations
• Comfortable operating within a lean legal team, independently managing negotiations, and translating complex legal and technical concepts into clear, practical business guidance
• Preferably from the vendor side
