[Remote] Industrial Engineer – Consulting (Entry Level) | Remote (U.S.) | Weekly Client-Site Travel | $80,000-$90,000 Base

Continuum Performance Management Consulting hires an entry-level Industrial Engineer to apply work measurement, process analysis, and industrial engineering methods at client facilities. The role supports operational improvements through labor standards, process tools, data analysis, and client-facing recommendations across assessment, facility design, network strategy, and due diligence engagements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and methods analysis at client facilities
• Develop engineered labor standards and configure them within labor management systems
• Author SOPs, training materials, process adherence audits, and supervisor coaching tools
• Analyze WMS and productivity data to identify and quantify performance gaps against standard
• Support Continuum managers, firm leadership, and clients on assessment, facility design, network strategy, and due diligence engagements
• Develop and present findings and recommendations to client leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Research)
• Strong written and verbal communication with both frontline and executive audiences
• Internship or co-op experience in distribution, third-party logistics, or manufacturing
• Exposure to WMS or labor management systems
• Lean or Six Sigma training
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or AutoCAD
