Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Market Traders Institute LLC. is a leader in trading technology and investor education. The Inside Sales Representative will generate sales for financial education and financial technology products by making outbound calls to warm B2C leads, guiding prospects through the sales process, and closing and upselling high-ticket products while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed Sales performance metrics by demonstrating assertiveness and persistence
- Engage with leads to understand and address their individual needs and dominate buying motives
- Drive sales and revenue by selling and upselling high ticket products
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, utilizing active listening skills to identify lucrative opportunities, demonstrating your emotional intelligence
- Demonstrate unwavering persistence and resilience when faced with the leads objections while striving for excellence
Skills
- Proven success in B2C telephone sales, showcasing your assertiveness and persistence
- General understanding of at least the Forex, Stocks, Options or Crypto trading
- Proven sales skills with a track record of success in qualifying the consumer, overcoming objections and closing the deal
- Have a clear understanding of the telephone sales process designed for one and two call closes
- Quick thinking skills to quickly overcome the lead's objections
- Foster an ethical environment
- Must be able to read and hear verbal instructions in English
