The role designs, develops, and delivers engaging training solutions across multiple learning platforms, with a focus on banking and financial services.

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training solutions across multiple learning platforms
Skills
- 4+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 3/360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Snagit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and audio/video editing tools
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis, task analysis, storyboarding, and assessment design
- Experience developing interactive eLearning courses, web-based training, simulations, scenario-based learning, gamification, animations, and multimedia content
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and LMS-compliant content development, including SCORM
- Ability to create engaging visual designs, user interfaces, graphics, prototypes, and interactive learning experiences
- Experience designing training for classroom, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced learning environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with SMEs, business partners, trainers, and project teams
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness, measure business outcomes, and work in Agile, cross-functional teams
- Corporate training or financial services experience
