Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. eAssist Dental Solutions hires Insurance Verification Success Consultants to help dental practices prepare for patient visits. The role verifies insurance coverage, accurately documents benefits in practice management software, and communicates with insurance carriers, dental offices, and eAssist team members.
Responsibilities
- Complete all insurance verifications with 100% accuracy at least 2 business days before the patient's appointment
- Verify that all insurance data in the client's practice management software (PMS) is accurate
- Accurately enter coverage percentages, maximums, deductibles, and remaining balances into the client's PMS
- Attach the insurance breakdown in the client's PMS images, Doc Center, or SmartDocs
- Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, dental offices, and eAssist team members
- Maintain accurate documentation while meeting required turnaround times and quality standards
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of recent dental insurance verification experience within the past two years
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance benefits, terminology, coverage percentages, maximums, deductibles, and remaining benefits
- Experience working with dental practice management software
- Comfortable using Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
