[Remote] Intern - Marketing / Sales / AI

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WriteMed.AI develops a health-AI solution for medical writing for pharmaceutical and biotech companies and consultancies. The part-time intern will support sales and marketing initiatives through prospect outreach, marketing campaigns, sales-material organization, client engagement, and campaign follow-up.

Responsibilities

• The intern will support sales and marketing initiatives, including assisting with prospect outreach, marketing campaigns, and organizing sales materials
• Day-to-day responsibilities may include engaging with potential clients, outreach, and campaign follow-up

Skills

• Sales skills to assist with lead generation, prospect follow-up, and supporting the sales cycle
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members
• Interest in consulting, strategy, or related fields; prior internship or project experience in business or marketing is beneficial
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus
• Completed a BS-degree and 2+ years work experience (must-have)
• Completed a BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
