The Senior IT Strategy and Planning Program Manager drives the strategic development, planning, and execution of complex IT programs, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps while aligning investments with organizational goals. The role manages cross-functional stakeholders, evaluates investment value, and ensures IT initiatives support the strategic direction of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage IT investment strategy and planning for the ACED organization
- Engage with ACED VPs to stay abreast of priorities, strategies and goals
- Engage in stakeholder meetings to stay abreast of investment requests and their alignment to strategy
- Identify and clarify business objectives for all ACED IT investment requests
- Ensure investments are aligned to the strategic direction of the ACED organization and national
- Continuously evaluate ways to maximize the value of all ACED IT investments
Skills
- Bachelors Other or Equivalent work experience, upon hire and
- 10+ years 10 years of IT experience, upon hire and
- Experience engaging and influencing Sr leaders
- Previous experience engaging in strategy, planning or organizational performance assessment , upon hire and
- Experience in monitoring the health of division strategy and plan, upon hire
- Project Management Professional, upon hire
