Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AUX AIR USA provides HVAC solutions for homes and businesses. The Junior Regional Sales Manager supports regional sales strategy, key-account relationships, sales performance analysis, and training for distributors and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales VP and Regional Sales Managers in executing regional sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, distributors, and HVAC contractors
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Provide product training, sales guidance, and support to distributors and contractors
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and account activities
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and support customer negotiations
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen relationships
- Travel 50% or more within the assigned region to support customers and drive sales growth
Skills
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development and Account Management
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management, Market Analysis, and Networking
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and Google Workspace
- Ability to work remotely and collaboratively
- HVAC Industry experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related fields is a plus
