Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ITRAC is seeking a Junior Software Engineer with OutSystems experience to join a client development team. The role focuses on developing low-code applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions, configuring integrations, testing applications, and maintaining existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying applications using OutSystems
- Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Configure integrations with external systems and APIs
- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and deployment processes
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications
Skills
- 6+ months of hands-on experience with the OutSystems platform
- Basic knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- OutSystems Reactive Developer certification
- Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
