Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OpenTrain AI connects software engineers with part-time AI training work. In this role, you will create software engineering challenges, evaluate AI-generated code, develop solutions and tests, and provide detailed feedback on technical decisions and model performance.
Responsibilities
- Build realistic software engineering challenges drawn from day-to-day development work
- Assess AI-written code for correctness, maintainability and design quality
- Produce runnable solutions and accompanying test cases for those challenges
- Explain technical decisions, design weaknesses and model performance in detailed written feedback
Skills
- Have at least one year working professionally as a software engineer, with experience during the past three years
- Have working knowledge of software architecture, algorithms, code review, data structures and debugging
- Have professional fluency in English and write clearly about technical subjects
