[Remote] Key Account Project Manager (m/f/d)

Arethia is hiring a Key Account Project Manager to support its Global Key Accounts by coordinating projects and ensuring their smooth execution. The role manages customer requests and tenders, coordinates internal teams, and helps deliver reliable customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify, set up and plan projects with the Global Key Accounts, including timelines and resource coordination
• Manage project execution and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration across internal teams
• Track and document project progress and proactively follow up on open topics
• Coordinate and support the execution of customer tenders (e.g. RFIs/RFQs)
• Ensure structured processing of customer project requests and requirements
• Work closely with internal experts to provide timely and consistent responses
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and reliable service towards the customer
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for project-related topics
• Support the implementation of customer-specific services and processes
• Coordinate technical topics and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities

Skills

• Academic degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, key account support, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Business proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills and confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders
• Hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
