Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Progile Tech is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design and build scalable, production-ready AI and agentic solutions. The role leads engineering projects from application assessment and architecture through development, deployment, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Ability to analyze existing applications, define end-to-end architecture, and build scalable, production-ready AI/agentic solutions
- Capable of leading engineering teams and driving projects end-to-end, from assessment and architecture through development, deployment, and optimization
Skills
- 10–15 years overall, with 3+ years in AI/GenAI engineering or architecture
- Strong full-stack development background with hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, or Azure AI Foundry
- Ability to analyze existing applications, define end-to-end architecture, and build scalable, production-ready AI/agentic solutions
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, cloud services, and system integration
- Capable of leading engineering teams and driving projects end-to-end, from assessment and architecture through development, deployment, and optimization
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to implementation
- Experience with multiple cloud AI platforms (AWS and Azure) and enterprise-grade AI solutions
