AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is a multinational property and casualty insurer specializing in coverage for small to mid-sized businesses. The Lead Data Scientist, Operations will manage master data and lead the development and design of reporting environments, dashboards, and scorecards. The role will also support data warehouse requirements, data integrity initiatives, reporting troubleshooting, and end-user training.
Responsibilities
- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Leading the development of reports, dashboards and scorecards
- Leading the design of the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
- Leading initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
- Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing. Keeps current with market trends and demands
- Performs other functionally related duties as assigned
