[Remote] Learning And Development Specialist

Artech L.L.C. is seeking a Learning And Development Specialist to design and develop engaging, interactive learning solutions for corporate audiences. The role focuses on creating training programs across virtual, classroom, hybrid, and self-paced formats in collaboration with learning advisors, business partners, subject matter experts, trainers, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced Learning Design & Development Analyst to design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective learning solutions for corporate audiences
• This role involves collaborating with Learning Advisors, business partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and project teams to create impactful training programs across multiple learning formats, including virtual, classroom, hybrid, and self-paced learning

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, eLearning, Multimedia Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience and certifications
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, multimedia development, or website development
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 3, Articulate 360, Articulate Studio, and Camtasia
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, needs analysis, and assessment development
• Experience developing web-based training, interactive simulations, custom graphics, animations, audio, and video content
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and experience creating and testing LMS-compatible learning content
• Experience designing learning solutions for classroom, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced delivery
• Strong visual design and user experience (UX) skills to create engaging and intuitive learning experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
