Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elevate Legal Talent is partnering with an unnamed global technology industry leader to hire a Legal Operations Analyst supporting managed legal services operations. The role supports TeamConnect and other legal technology platforms, matter management, eBilling, reporting, and user support.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot TeamConnect applications and workflows
- Manage and prioritize TeamConnect bugs, enhancements, and system upgrades
- Work directly with developers on requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Support matter management processes throughout the matter lifecycle
- Review and support legal eBilling operations and legal spend management activities
- Generate operational reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Provide customer support and respond to system-related inquiries and requests
- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy and process compliance
- Manage and resolve support tickets within established service levels
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with legal operations, technology, and business stakeholders
- Document processes, requirements, and operational procedures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Legal Operations or Legal Technology experience
- Demonstrated track record supporting and utilizing TeamConnect
- Strong TeamConnect expertise from a system administration or technical support perspective
- Experience serving as a liaison between legal business users and IT/development teams
- Experience with backend configurations, workflows, integrations, reporting, or system optimization
- Experience supporting legal eBilling processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience with LEDES billing formats and legal billing guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/BI tools
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Legal Operations Analyst, Consultant, or Strategy Analyst
