Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Woven Legal is hiring a Legal Relationship Manager to support law-firm clients and Virtual Legal Professionals throughout their engagements. The role strengthens communication, resolves issues, tracks engagement health, coordinates changes, and identifies appropriate growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and VLPs
- Run onboarding/kickoff calls and ongoing check-ins
- Facilitate candid conversations and resolve conflicts with sound judgment
- Track engagement health, changes, and next steps in HubSpot
- Coordinate adjustments (hours, placements, transitions) and related updates
- Identify expansion, additional services, and referral opportunities when appropriate
Skills
- Background in legal services/law firm operations, legal staffing, or client relationship management
- Strong written/verbal communication, EQ, organization, and independent time management
- Comfort with tools like Clio, MyCase, or Smokeball
- Solid remote tech skills
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
