The role focuses on building client and referral relationships, providing home and auto quotes, and engaging prospects through community involvement and social media.
Responsibilities
- Build referral networks through professional organizations and community involvement
- Use social media and personal branding to generate interest and attract prospects
- Provide free home and auto insurance quotes to qualified leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and referral partners
- Deliver excellent oral and written communication to engage clients effectively
Skills
- P&C license is required!
- Candidate "MUST" reside in one of these states: KY, IN, IL, OH & TN
- Proven insurance sales success required
- Strong desire for success with the work ethic to achieve it
- Commitment to integrity and ethical conduct in every interaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Self-motivated and disciplined to thrive in a remote work environment
