Requirements
- P&C Insurance License
- Candidates must have at least 6+ months of experience with Allstate OR 1+ years of experience working in the Personal Lines Insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on insurance products that fit their needs
- Quote and close new business opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
- Follow the Bucher Family Insurance sales process
- Participate in training and coaching opportunities
