In this role, attorneys create representative legal materials, review deal documents, assess AI-generated legal content, and explain their conclusions to help improve legal AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Review deal documents covering private equity matters, mergers and acquisitions
- Prepare representative agreements and transaction clauses for high-value deals and complex litigation
- Assess simulated legal matters and give structured feedback on AI-generated legal content
- Apply legal review frameworks and explain the reasoning behind your conclusions so legal tasks stay accurate and consistent
Skills
- JD earned at a US law school, plus an active US bar admission that is in good standing
- Law firm experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or at a firm of similar prestige
- Strong experience handling litigation and complex transactions, with work such as private equity matters, capital markets, contract drafting, data privacy, and mergers and acquisitions
- Fluent English
