[Remote] Machine Learning Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Luxo Group LLC is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to improve its AI survey-matching engine. The role focuses on developing and evaluating matching models, optimizing their quality, and deploying and monitoring them in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve ML models for survey-to-user matching
• Build and maintain model training and evaluation pipelines
• Analyze matching quality and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with backend engineers to productionize models
• Design A/B experiments to validate model improvements
• Monitor model performance and data quality in production

Skills

• 3+ years of ML engineering or data science experience
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience building and deploying ML models to production
• Solid understanding of statistics and experimental design
• Familiarity with recommendation systems or matching algorithms
• Strong communication skills — you'll work across engineering and product
• Experience with NLP or transformer models
• Publications in ML conferences or journals
• Experience with real-time inference systems
