[Remote] Manager, Analytics & Reporting (DaVita IKC)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RMD VillageHealth DM, LLC is hiring a Manager to support DaVita Integrated Kidney Care’s healthcare analytics team. The role leads analytic planning and reporting, manages analysts, and conducts analyses to support provider partnerships and care model decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support development and ongoing monitoring of reports to assess performance of clinical quality programs
• Design and complete analyses to understand clinical and financial outcomes of a partner providers, along with communicating drivers of outcomes
• Partner with clinical, operations, and central teams to design and build tools that assist in collaborative population management
• Manage a team of analysts; provide leadership and support through project management, prioritization, problem solving, coaching and professional development
• Research industry standards and guidelines to inform approach and execution of analyses
• Gain knowledge of healthcare concepts, including a robust understanding of kidney disease, claims and billing guidelines, and fundamentals of integrated care

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience using Google Big Query OR SQL
• People leadership
• Experience using data to create reporting deliverables
• Proven experience managing analytics teammates directly and/or managing analytics projects from start to finish
• Experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Effective communication skills - verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills - the ability to accurately perform complex quantitative analyses and quickly learn new data management processes
• Focus on analytical process improvement
• Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
• Problem solver who works well independently and in team environments
• Preferably in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare claims analytics, and knowledge of medical claims terminology
• Python/R
