[Remote] Marketing and Partnerships Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GenesisX is hiring a Marketing and Partnerships Intern to support customer-facing initiatives and basic customer service in a remote role. The intern will assist with marketing campaigns, market research, and partnership development, including outreach and partner database maintenance.

Responsibilities

• The intern will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate customer-facing initiatives and assist with basic customer service tasks, such as responding to inquiries and gathering feedback
• Conducting market research
• Assisting with campaign planning
• Helping to prepare presentations and reports
• Identifying potential partnership opportunities
• Supporting outreach to prospective partners
• Maintaining partner databases and communication logs

Skills

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Ability to perform Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development, including analyzing trends and competitor activity
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales and partnership development, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack) and willingness to learn new platforms
• Curiosity about AI, creative production, and retail marketing
• Prior internship or project experience in these areas
