X4 Engineering is recruiting a Marketing Communications Manager for a global organization operating across life sciences, scientific testing and technical B2B sectors. The role combines strategy, content, campaigns and demand generation, with responsibility for integrated campaigns, messaging, marketing channels, stakeholder collaboration and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Lead messaging, content and value proposition development
- Manage email, lead nurturing, marketing automation and inbound campaigns
- Create content across web, social, paid media, events and sales enablement
- Work closely with Sales, technical SMEs, agencies and senior stakeholders
- Track campaign performance, KPIs and budgets
- Manage agencies, vendors and multiple projects from brief through to delivery
Skills
- 8-10 years' marketing communications experience
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- Confident managing stakeholders and influencing without direct authority
- Commercially minded, organized and comfortable working at pace
- B2B, life sciences, medical device, healthcare, biopharma or technical marketing experience preferred
