Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Swoon is recruiting for an unnamed client serving the hard-of-hearing community. The Marketing Data Analyst will turn data into actionable insights, build analytics tools, conduct forecasting and performance analyses, support testing initiatives, and collaborate with data and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and C-suite stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support strategic decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive analyses, root cause analysis, forecasting, and performance/KPI reporting to identify trends and opportunities
- Support A/B testing and advanced analytics initiatives, translating results into recommendations for the business
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Reporting, and cross-functional teams on data needs, automation, and improving analytics capabilities
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, statistical analysis, forecasting, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with SQL, DAX, Python and/or R, along with advanced Excel skills
- Experience building Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards and presenting data-driven insights to leadership
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, forecasting, ROI/attribution, and large datasets
- Experience partnering with business leaders to gather requirements, solve complex problems, and turn data into actionable business recommendations
