  • Serve as a trusted business thought partner to the CEO on organizational design, operational efficiency, staffing capacity, leadership performance, and growth readiness
  • Provide a weekly executive briefing summarizing departmental performance, emerging risks, overdue commitments, and specific decisions requiring CEO action
  • Assess operational implications of new programs, partnerships, and expansion initiatives; recommend realistic execution priorities
  • Offer independent, evidence-based perspectives and constructively challenge assumptions when appropriate

  • Ability to work independently, maintain consistent weekly availability, and deliver clear written accountability reports
  • Experience supporting a founder-led, multi-department, growth-stage organization
  • Background in healthcare, behavioral health, professional services, education services, or another regulated service environment
  • Experience with fractional executive engagements, operational turnarounds, scaling organizations, and leadership coaching
