[Remote] Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Parkview Health is a not-for-profit, community-owned health system serving Indiana and northwest Ohio. The Marketing Manager works with marketing and service line leaders to plan strategy, develop budgets, and define success metrics, while leading specialists in executing marketing plans. The role also directly executes marketing, community relations, and communications efforts for assigned institutes, service lines, programs, facilities, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Marketing Director and service line leader teams to manage the strategic planning process, develop related budgets and determine key metrics of success
• Strives to increase awareness, consideration and preference of services and PPG physicians among key consumer and physician target markets
• Leads the team of Marketing Specialists to execute strategic plans
• In addition, the Manager will have direct responsibility for execution of marketing, community relations and communication efforts for select Parkview Health institutes, service lines, programs, facilities and physicians

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
• Must have ten years experience in marketing or communications
• Must have experience in managing direct reports
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare experience preferred
