Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intellectt Inc is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer for a life sciences and medical device industry project. The role focuses on machine and fixture design, including sheet metal structures, mechanical systems, mechanisms, motion, mechatronics, automation, and testing fixtures.
Responsibilities
- Experience designing fixtures, machines, or complex mechanical systems
- Experience designing fixtures that hold and move parts/components during testing
- Experience with complex sheet-metal structures and assemblies
Skills
- Strong experience with SolidWorks and FEA
- Hands-on experience with Sheet Metal Design and mechanical design
- Experience designing fixtures, machines, or complex mechanical systems
- Understanding of mechanisms, motion, mechatronics, and automation
- Experience designing fixtures that hold and move parts/components during testing
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and how components interact and move
- Experience with complex sheet-metal structures and assemblies
