What We Handle For You

Who You Are You are a clinician who is passionate about long-term, effective mental health treatment. You are social justice-oriented, practice anti-racism, and value a supportive, nurturing community. Requirements:
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted New York State license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Commitment: Ability to maintain a caseload of 25 sessions per week (or 100 per month).
- Clinical Niche: At least one specialized area (e.g., Trauma, Anxiety, Grief, Children/Adolescents).
- Technical Setup: A private, confidential space for remote sessions and your own reliable computer/high-speed internet.
- Preferred but not required: 3+ years post-licensure experience and training in EMDR, IFS, or trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality remote individual, couple, or family therapy.
- Maintain timely documentation (intakes, progress notes, and treatment plans).
- Respond to client inquiries within 48 hours (excluding scheduled off days).
- Collaborate with client treatment teams (PCPs, psychiatrists) when necessary.
- Participate in occasional staff meetings and clinical consultations.
