[Remote] Mid Level Full Stack .NET Engineer

The Mid Level Full Stack .NET Engineer will design, develop, test, maintain, and modernize scalable software applications using .NET, C#, ReactJS, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies while supporting business operations and customer-facing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems
• Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to improve stability and performance
• Evaluate and implement software enhancements, upgrades, and modernization opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives
• Provide technical guidance and project updates to stakeholders and customers
• Partner with colleagues across engineering and business functions to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational security standards

Skills

• High school diploma and at least 3 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 1 year working with .NET technologies
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and related development technologies
• Experience building applications with ReactJS
• Understanding of multi-tier architectures, concurrent programming concepts, multi-threaded applications, and shared services
• Experience with unit testing, mock-data testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure DevOps and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Delphi development
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and software modernization initiatives
