The NCPDP Healthcare EDI Consultant leads technical design, development, and implementation of healthcare data integration solutions, with a focus on NCPDP PAS53 and PAS45 transactions and support for the SDLC.
Responsibilities
- This role involves leading technical design, development, and implementation of integration solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of product-based data integration and ETL solutions
- Work extensively on NCPDP EDI transactions Client 53, Client 45
- Develop and maintain integrations supporting healthcare data exchanges
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practice guidance to development teams
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance data integration workflows
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare standards
- Support production deployments and resolve integration-related issues
- Fully support SDLC for implementation of PAS53 standard in the existing EDI system
Skills
- Expertise on NCPDP EDI transactions, especially post-adjudication standards (PAS53 and PAS45)
- Experience with SDLC and implementation projects
