Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is hiring an Offshore IT Recruiter to fill high-volume and niche technology roles for U.S. and India remote positions. The role manages recruiting activities across the permanent-placement lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate-client matching, and bench sales.
Responsibilities
- Write specific client job descriptions; prepare candidate profile specification; place recruitment advertisements in applicable portals for response
- Focus on optimization of Resource utilization and make a good match of skill, role, organization needs and employee aspirations
- Take care of the bench sales of H1B, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD, and Citizens
- Screen candidates based on their resume and place them with appropriate clients

- Handling multi-location bulk recruitment events including walk-ins
- Experience working on W2, C2C, C2H and 1099 basis on daily requirements
