Tror is hiring an AI Prompt Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer to build practical AI agents, write effective prompts, and integrate AI tools with business applications. The role focuses on agent development, retrieval-augmented generation, testing, security, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve AI prompts to get accurate results from AI models
• Build AI agents that can plan tasks, make decisions, and perform multiple steps automatically
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications using MCP
• Develop AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI
• Build RAG solutions that help AI retrieve information from documents and databases
• Write code using Python or TypeScript
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve AI agent performance
• Follow AI security, privacy, and compliance standards
• Work with business and technical teams to develop AI solutions

Skills

• Experience: 10+ Years
• Relevant Experience: 5+ Years
• Candidates with hands-on experience in Agentic AI + MCP + Python + LangGraph/LangChain
• The candidate should know how to build AI agents that can understand tasks, make decisions, use tools, retrieve information, and complete tasks automatically
• Develop AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI
• Write code using Python or TypeScript
• Looking for candidates who have actually developed AI agents, not just candidates who use ChatGPT or write prompts
• Healthcare or CVS experience is an advantage
