[Remote] Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Consultant – Post-Go-Live & Stabilization

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Functional Consultant. The role focuses on post-go-live stabilization, production support, financial close, and ongoing enhancements, with hands-on expertise in Fusion Accounting Hub and collaboration with Finance and Accounting users.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-go-live production support and stabilization for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
• Provide strong functional support across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Procurement/P2P, and Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)
• Must have hands-on experience with Fusion Accounting Hub, including accounting rules, source systems, transaction/accounting flows, journal creation and reconciliation to GL
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close, including troubleshooting accounting, reconciliation and transaction-processing issues
• Work directly with Finance and Accounting users to resolve day-to-day AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management and P2P transaction-processing issues
• Troubleshoot transactions stuck between modules and identify issues involving subledger accounting, accounting distributions, journal creation, posting and reconciliation
• Support and troubleshoot FBDI data loads, interfaces, scheduled processes and data-conversion issues
• Work with technical teams on BIP reports, integrations and interface-related issues, translating business problems into functional/technical requirements
• Support and reconcile ERP-to-EPM data flows, ensuring financial data is accurately transferred for consolidation, planning, forecasting and reporting
• Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate fixes with Oracle technical/integration teams
• Support P2P end-to-end processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, supplier invoices, matching, accounting and payments
• Lead functional configuration and rollout activities for new countries, business units, legal entities, ledgers and financial structures
• Lead or support CRP, SIT and UAT, including test planning, business scenarios, defect resolution and user sign-off
• Lead production cutover planning, data validation, reconciliation, go-live readiness and hypercare activities
• Work directly with Controllers, Finance leadership, accounting teams and end users to understand issues and recommend appropriate Oracle Fusion solutions
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documentation, test scripts, process documentation and production-support procedures
• Coordinate with Oracle Support and technical teams for complex product defects, integrations and production incidents
• Provide user training and functional guidance and help establish sustainable production-support processes

Skills

• Senior-level Oracle Fusion Financials experience required
• U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders preferred, all valid work authorizations may apply
• Required a Bachelor degree and equivalent
• Strong hands-on experience supporting post-go-live stabilization, production support, month-end close, and ongoing enhancements
• Primarily a functional role
• Direct interaction with Finance, Accounting, AP, AR, Procurement and business users
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) in addition to core Fusion Financials
• Must have hands-on experience with Fusion Accounting Hub, including accounting rules, source systems, transaction/accounting flows, journal creation and reconciliation to GL
