Constellation Payment Processing is hiring a Partner Account Manager to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability across an assigned portfolio of ISV channel partners. The role focuses on partner relationships, performance forecasting and analysis, margin optimization, and identifying upsell, cross-sell, and go-to-market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV channel partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention and alignment with strategic business objectives
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of partner performance, revenue growth and sales pipeline opportunities
- Create, review and analyze monthly financial reports, residual reports and performance dashboards
- Analyze existing channel partners portfolio to identify margin optimization opportunities including potential price increases
- Collaborate with partners to develop business plans, establish goals and create and execute go-to-market initiatives
- Understand market and current pricing for payment processing solutions for each partner’s industry or their competitors to make pricing recommendations and create pricing proposals for their merchant base
- Assist with creating and helping to manage and execute both a strategic and tactical sales plan to guide and achieve Channel Partners’ Payment and SaaS revenue goals for current and new books of business
Skills
- BS degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years Strategic Relationship Manager or Account Manager
- Proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills necessary
- Excellent computer skills including advanced skills with Excel
- Ability to understand others through advanced listening and comprehension skills
- Understanding of Credit Card Processing and Sales process
