Responsibilities

  • Build and scale repeatable event motions across Partner Marketing’s online and in-person portfolio, including partner-led pre-sales and post-sales workshops, partner enablement programs, and co-sell events. Partner with Marketing Operations to use existing infrastructure and processes where possible, improving efficiency and consistency across programs

  • Manage the Partner Marketing events budget and forecasting process, tracking commitments and actual spend, identifying risks early, and maintaining forecast accuracy within 1% accuracy
  • Integrate Partner Marketing-led events into regional and global marketing calendars. Coordinate with regional, field, partner, and global marketing teams to align timing, audiences, messaging, and resources; identify conflicts or gaps; and recommend solutions that maximize collective impact
  • Develop and launch a shared-services model for Partner Marketing events. Define the service offering, operating model, intake process, roles, and success measures; support the selection and onboarding of a global agency partner; and drive adoption of the service across the Partner Marketing organization
  • Manage agency performance and service quality by setting clear briefs, milestones, service-level agreements, and escalation paths. Monitor delivery against agreed standards and recommend process or resourcing improvements when performance falls short
