The role supports patient account resolution by handling registration, billing, and collection inquiries and posting payments, adjustments, and denials.

Responsibilities

• You will contact patients about registration, billing and collection
• You will post payments, adjustments and denials to patient accounts and resolve any questions

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in medical registration, billing, customer service or collection
