Remote Patient Concierge & Program Advisor (US Healthcare)

We are hiring an articulate, empathetic Patient Concierge & Program Advisor to represent a premier concierge Functional & Integrative Medicine practice in Houston, Texas. This is NOT a cold-calling or high-volume BPO call center role. You will handle 2 to 4 warm inbound inquiries per day from prospective patients seeking root-cause care for complex health issues (hormonal health, gut health, longevity, mold toxicity). Your job is to provide immediate, warm, 10–15 minute consultative conversations—explaining the practice’s programs, addressing pricing questions comfortably, and coordinating a smooth handoff to the in-house Houston clinical team. What We Need: Exceptional Spoken English: Near-native fluency, a warm and natural conversational cadence, and active listening skills. You must sound like an in-house advisor at a boutique medical practice, not a scripted call center agent. Consultative Experience: 1–3+ years in Customer Success, High-Ticket Inbound Sales, Concierge Support, or Healthcare Coordination for US/UK clients. Rock-Solid Remote Setup: Quiet private workspace, fiber internet with UPS/inverter backup, and a professional noise-canceling headset.
