Responsibilities

• Connect with people who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development
• Have introductory conversations by phone or Zoom
• Listen, ask questions and understand what people are looking for
• Introduce relevant personal and leadership development programs and resources
• Build genuine professional relationships and follow up
• Use digital and online marketing platforms, along with established systems, to connect with and engage people
• Grow alongside others while continuing to develop your communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
• Manage your own schedule, activity and follow-through
