Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amtex Systems Inc is hiring a PeopleSoft Business Analyst to support PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management solutions. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, support solution design, and facilitate testing.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement elaboration activities
- Develop functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with development teams to define and validate solutions
- Perform impact analysis and requirements traceability
- Develop test scenarios and support SIT and UAT execution
- Manage defect triage and validate resolutions
- Support deployment planning, training, and change management activities
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions
- Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Candidates must have hands-on experience supporting all of the following PeopleSoft 9.2 modules:
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Manufacturing
- Experience supporting integrations between PeopleSoft and external applications
- Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Experience in supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
