[Remote] PeopleSoft Security Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. System Soft Technologies is seeking a PeopleSoft Security Analyst to administer and support application security across PeopleSoft environments. The role focuses on access management, security controls, access reviews, audits, and resolving complex security issues.

Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience administering and supporting PeopleSoft application security in large enterprise environments
• Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, EPM, and PeopleTools
• Advanced experience configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft user profiles, roles, permission lists, and role-based access controls
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security architecture, security tables, component/page access, process security, and row-level security
• Experience managing user access throughout the employee lifecycle, including provisioning, access modifications, and deprovisioning
• Strong expertise with PeopleSoft Query Manager, Query Access Groups, query trees, public/private queries, and query security permissions
• Experience implementing security controls to protect PII, payroll information, employee records, and other confidential data
• Experience conducting access reviews, security audits, role recertifications, segregation-of-duties assessments, and privileged access reviews
• Ability to analyze PeopleSoft security configurations, investigate unauthorized access, and remediate control weaknesses
• Experience creating security monitoring reports, reviewing access changes, and supporting audit evidence collection
• Experience managing security across production and non-production PeopleSoft environments
• Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex PeopleSoft security issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
