Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meeder Investment Management is an employee-owned investment management firm serving individuals, corporations, and government entities through a broad suite of investment solutions. The Performance Reporting Manager will build and lead a team responsible for performance reporting across the firm’s core business lines, including internal and external reporting, GIPS verification, and ongoing compliance. The role will also oversee performance validation, support marketing data needs, and serve as a subject matter expert on performance measurement and GIPS compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a dedicated performance reporting team
- Oversee monthly review and validation of performance figures for all investment strategies
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance data to Meeder’s Marketing Department for all marketing collateral
- Lead annual GIPS verification process, conduct monthly composite reviews, and ensure ongoing compliance with GIPS 2020 Standards
- Liaise among Meeder business leaders, internal compliance, and third-party GIPS verification team
- Act as subject matter expert for performance measurement and GIPS compliance on strategic projects

- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3-5 years of experience in investment performance reporting
- At least 1-3 years of experience with GIPS compliance and annual verification
- At least 1-3 years of leadership experience
- Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) preferred
- Experience with Morningstar Direct and Bloomberg preferred
