Key Responsibilities

Live Customer Experience Testing

• Engage in scheduled, live phone conversations with our conversational systems in authentic Peruvian Spanish.
• Actively listen and respond to prompts, ensuring the dialogue feels natural and user‑friendly.
• Assess clarity, coherence, and appropriateness of each interaction.
• Identify and document friction points that could hinder a customer’s journey.
• Approach each scenario from the perspective of a typical end‑user, providing honest, unbiased feedback.

Phone‑Based Interaction

• Make outbound test calls as directed by the testing schedule.
• Receive inbound calls during live testing sessions.
• Follow straightforward prompts and conversation scripts with precision.
• Maintain clear, natural spoken communication throughout each call.
• Use reliable audio equipment and a quiet environment to ensure high‑quality recordings.

Conversation Review & Feedback

• Critically evaluate system responses for relevance, accuracy, and conversational quality.

• Confirm that responses are easily understood by native Peruvian Spanish speakers.
