[Remote] Principal Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alpine Solutions Group is hiring a Principal Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for its data center projects and existing data center business. The role also recruits across other industries and clients, partners with account managers and clients on staffing needs, and supports less-tenured recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for our data center projects, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close
• Build and maintain pipelines for in-demand data center roles, such as critical facilities, MEP, construction, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, and network/infrastructure talent
• Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand project timelines, headcount needs, and ramp plans
• Recruit across Alpine’s other industries and clients as opportunities arise
• Mentor and support less-tenured recruiters and share best practices
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting

Skills

• Staffing or agency recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for data center, mission-critical, construction, or engineering and infrastructure roles
• A proven record of hitting or exceeding spread, placement, or quota goals
• Comfort running multiple high-volume requisitions at once
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A self-starter who's comfortable with autonomy and minimal oversight
