Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HCLTech is seeking an experienced recruiter to support hiring across its global SAP practice. The role recruits SAP functional and technical talent for transformation, cloud migration, implementation, support, and managed services engagements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP consulting and leadership roles
- Partner with Practice Leaders, Delivery Managers, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities
- Source, screen, and engage SAP professionals across niche skill areas
- Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Drive candidate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities
- Provide market intelligence on SAP talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity
- Maintain SLA-driven hiring metrics and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Skills
- 5+ years of IT recruitment experience with at least 3 years focused on SAP hiring
- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies and all SAP Modules
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring SAP Consultants, Architects, Leads, and Program Managers
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience recruiting for large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Prior hiring experience within a global system integrator or consulting organization
- Exposure to North American SAP hiring and workforce planning
