Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RTX is hiring a Procurement Analyst to support Raytheon programs through its Buyer Support Group. The role supports acquisition professionals on the Return to Vendor or Delivery Assurance team, monitoring purchase orders, managing supplier relationships and performance, issuing return material authorization requests, and tracking metrics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Purchase Orders of low to medium dollar levels and procurement complexity
- Manage Supplier Relationship and Performance
- Prepare and issue Requests for Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers
- Drive success for metrics
Skills
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 1 years' experience
- Experience with Supply Chain processes and tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience
- Experience in Supply Chain within a Defense Contracting environment
- Experience/Education with technical writing and interpretation of technical documentation
- Experience with SAP/PRISM
