[Remote] Product Analytics and Experimentation Expert

AfterQuery is hiring a Product Analytics and Experimentation Expert to create realistic product analytics problems and reasoned reference answers. The work helps frontier AI labs evaluate model judgment on experiments, metrics, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Author realistic product analytics problems drawn from the decisions you make at work: experiments, metrics, retention and growth
• Work each problem through to a reference answer, with the reasoning behind every step
• Catch the analysis mistakes that look reasonable but only a practitioner would spot

Skills

• 3+ years full time as a data scientist or product analyst (internships and school don't count)
• Hands-on experience designing or analyzing A/B tests
• Strong SQL, Python and applied statistics
• Strong written English and able to explain an analysis clearly
• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Experience defining product metrics or modeling retention and lifetime value
