[Remote] Product Designer (Accessories + Home Decor)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed growing consumer products company for a Product Designer. The role creates home decor and lifestyle products, translates customer feedback and market trends into designs, and collaborates with customers and global teams throughout product development.

Responsibilities

• Create original artwork and product designs for home decor and lifestyle products
• Translate customer feedback, market trends, and product requirements into commercially successful designs
• Present concepts directly to customers and incorporate revisions throughout the approval process
• Develop and maintain accurate design files, product specifications, and supporting documentation
• Partner with overseas teams on product sampling, pricing, and design execution
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

Skills

• This is a Full-Time position that is open to candidates that have one year of experience to 4-5 years of experience
• Strong artistic abilities with a keen eye for color, composition, and design trends
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to balance creative vision with customer requirements and technical specifications
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments and international teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• For Creative Circle to represent you for this opportunity, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa
• Additionally, you must be physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States
• Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms is a plus
• Graphic Design degree or related coursework preferred
• Illustration, painting, or other fine art experience is a plus
