[Remote] Product Manager – Professional Services

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC is seeking a Product Manager to enhance existing software products based on customer needs. The role focuses on product discovery, customer-driven enhancements, and collaboration with Professional Services and Engineering teams rather than owning overall product strategy.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Product Manager with 3–6 years of experience to help enhance existing software products based on customer needs
• This is a hands-on Product Management role focused on product discovery, customer-driven enhancements, and collaboration with Professional Services and Engineering teams , rather than owning the overall product strategy

Skills

• 3–6 years of experience
• 3–6 years of Product Management experience
• Experience working with Professional Services teams across multiple clients
• Strong experience in product discovery, requirements gathering, and prioritization
• Ability to turn customer requests into scalable product enhancements
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, UI, and data-driven products
• Experience collaborating with 2–3 Agile development teams
• Understanding of the product lifecycle from discovery through development and delivery
