Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Camunda is an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration that helps organizations coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes. The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Camunda 8 self-managed service, focusing on deployment, configuration, and operation across Kubernetes, on-premises, air-gapped, and other enterprise environments. The role will collaborate across engineering, marketing, customer success, documentation, and field teams to reduce deployment friction and improve product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements focused on improving the Camunda product portfolio
- Manage community, customer, partner, and internal feedback with an emphasis on successfully driving innovation to improve our customers experience with Camunda’s self-managed service
- Fully evaluate and prioritize incoming feature requests
- Keep the self-managed team equipped to work on the appropriate epics
- Continuous assessment of Camunda demand, market differentiation and the competitive landscape as well as close collaboration with our Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Field teams
